Taking a pre-wedding crash diet too far

I can't even believe that this is ok for someone, that a doctor would endorse it, or that your friends and family wouldn't rip a feeding tube out of your nose and tell you that your man fell in love with what's on the inside not the outside!! These kinds of things are making my little girls think appearance is the most important and that really ticks me off. I want to raise girls who are happy, independent, strong, kind loving people with beautiful hearts - that's what makes a girl beautiful!!
